-A minimum of 3 years of complex civil litigation experience.
-Experience and confidence in managing cases through all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, hearings, and trials.

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is currently seeking an experienced litigator with a passion for public service to join its Major Litigation team. The Major Litigation team handles high-priority, high-profile litigation often initiated pursuant to the Attorney General's own authority to initiate lawsuits to protect the public in a broad array of legal subjects. This attorney will represent the Attorney General and State of Ohio in both state and federal courts on issues of statewide and nationwide significance. This attorney will take responsibility for managing some high-priority cases and will support other Major Litigation team members in other such cases. The headquarter location for this position is 30 E. Broad St. Columbus.
