Make a Difference

This role leads the coding team, ensuring accurate billing and efficient operations. In this role, you will

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance

Conduct hiring, training, and evaluations

Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Lead process improvements and manage budgets

Exceptional skills and qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred)

One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures\: (Certified Procedural Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS))

RHIA or RHIT preferred

3+ years coding experience (required)

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
