Job Title: Electronics Technician

Location: Austin, TX

Hours: 1st Shift (7-3:30) or 2nd Shift (3-11pm)

Pay: $20.50/hour (1st Shift) and $22.55 (2nd Shift)

We’re looking for a motivated technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll dive deep into diagnosing and repairing complex electrical assemblies that keep our production operations running at peak performance. If you're passionate about solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making an impact on high-tech manufacturing processes, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies at the component level.

Operate diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and other test equipment.

Provide technical support and mentorship to fellow technicians and assemblers.

Work closely with Engineering to resolve design or functionality issues and improve procedures.

Support onboarding and training for new assembly and service team members.

Assist in creating and updating work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, and technical documentation.

Monitor and track production equipment performance—yields, cycle times, and reliability.

Support installation, debugging, and validation of new and existing manufacturing equipment.

Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and identifying risks.

Create and maintain a PCBA Debug Guide for consistent, effective troubleshooting.

Deliver training and hands-on support to other debug technicians on PCBA diagnostics.
