Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite L2 Desktop Technician for a Windows 11 migration project running through October, with potential for extension. This full-time role requires hands-on support with imaging, deployment, asset management, and end-user assistance. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. Prior experience supporting Windows 11 rollouts in a Level 2 capacity is required.

Project Details:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

Project duration through October (possible extension)

Onsite role

Responsibilities:

Unbox, image, and deploy new Windows 11 machines to ~1200 local employees

Ship devices to offsite employees as needed

Assist end users with OneDrive data uploads before migration

Provide end-user support during deployment

Track and manage assets

Enter data into asset management software

Maintain clear documentation and detailed reporting

Handle shipping/receiving of IT equipment

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous L2 experience with Windows 11 projects

Imaging and deployment of Win10/Win11 systems

Software installations

Strong communication skills

Documentation and reporting expertise

Data transfer and OneDrive uploads
