Position Summary

As a Financial Analyst at Yoh Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in our Specialty Practices division, particularly in supporting our East Region operations. You will be responsible for delivering reliable and precise execution of Business Operations responsibilities on a daily basis, which will directly contribute to the financial health and success of our projects. This role involves collaborating closely with various business leaders to define measurable criteria for success and ensuring that our financial models are robust and well-maintained.

Position Description

As a Financial Analyst, your role will be integral to the seamless execution of our business operations. Your diverse responsibilities will include:

Efficiently executing daily Business Operations responsibilities, with an emphasis on cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management, and At Risk coordination, all designed to maintain financial integrity.

Conducting comprehensive forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, along with variance analysis to closely monitor the financial performance and liquidity of the department.

Managing cash flow with precision by performing timely unbilled analysis and reconciliations, ensuring that financial data remains accurate and current to support decision-making.

Reviewing and interpreting complex contract terms diligently and participating in essential job setup and closeout processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Developing, updating, and troubleshooting intricate Excel financial models; documenting best practices for financial analysis whilst recommending impactful process improvements.

Providing valuable contributions to monthly and quarterly internal financial reports and analyses, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning within the company.

Collaborating with business leaders in establishing measurable success criteria that are closely aligned with our organizational goals, thus fostering a culture of accountability.

To thrive in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field, alongside at least three years of relevant experience. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
