As the Director of Human Resources at Cobble Hill, your day-to-day responsibilities will include workforce planning, execution of HR initiatives aligned with company goals and impacting the HR agenda to move it forward.
Collaborating with departmental leaders, you will analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices, while continuously optimizing our HR processes to support a customer-focused culture.
