Title: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Description:
As an Accounting Supervisor, your responsibility is to full cycle Accounting processing, including examining, verifying, and reconciling all transactions while reinforcing training and guiding stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyzes.
Monitor cash and funding balances.
Provide monthly financial reports to HQ.
Manage the quarterly/annual budgets and forecasts.
Advise management on financial analysis and decision-making regarding pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, and other matters.
Audits the accounts to ensure compliance with statement federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditor and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting.
Weekly meeting with program manager to review Sales/AR & Inventory.
Perform annual and semi-annual physical inventory count reconciliation.
Collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
Identify areas of concern and recommend corrective actions.

Identify areas requiring attention/and recommend corrective actions.
Comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding financial and tax filings and reporting.

Independent and collaborativeEducation and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
