We are seeking a skilled Reach Lift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to ensure the efficient movement of goods within our distribution center. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, including sit down forklift and reach trucks, to move materials throughout the warehouse. Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety standards set by OSHA. Utilize pallet jacks for loading and unloading goods from trucks and storage areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with warehouse management tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic equipment repair when necessary. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Experience Previous experience operating Reach Lift in a warehouse or distribution center is required. Familiarity with sit down forklift operation is advantageous. Knowledge of receiving. order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and workplace safety is essential. Ability to work independently and as a team.
