We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Front Office Lead to join our team and help lead the front desk operations with efficiency and excellence.Position Summary

The Medical Front Office Lead plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the front office and delivering outstanding service to our patients. This position will supervise front desk staff, manage patient flow, coordinate schedules, and ensure all administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front office staff including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Oversee daily operations of the front desk: patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection

Maintain excellent communication with providers, clinical staff, and patients

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies and procedures

Assist with administrative duties such as billing support, reporting, and maintaining office supplies

Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high-quality serviceQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

3+ years of experience in a medical front office setting

1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role

Knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling software (EMR/EHR), and insurance processes

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
