Salary: $70k base + commission

The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing an existing book of customers while generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through water treatment services. The ideal candidate is comfortable in mechanical environments and can confidently build relationships, scope technical solutions, and close business.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial and commercial facilities

Develop and present technical water treatment solutions tailored to customer needs

Manage the full sales cycles

Maintain and renew existing service contracts through consistent customer engagement

Provide accurate and timely project quotes, proposals, and follow-ups

Collaborate with field service team to ensure seamless delivery of services

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Maintain CRM documentation and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast

Perform market research to identify target accounts

Develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness

Requirements

3+ years of experience in industrial sales, mechanical services, or water treatment/facility services

Strong business development and relationship building skills

Demonstrated success selling large-scale service projects or technical solutions

Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand the services provided

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
