Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Human Resources Generalist, oversees all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance, developing and implementing policies in collaboration with the QIPI Department, and leading the team to achieve company goals. They manage all aspects of ADP including time and attendance, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and support organizational development.

1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations overall business objectives.
2. Manage Payroll.
3. Talent Acquisition.
4. Employee Relations.
5. Performance Management.
6. Benefits and Compensation Management.
7. Learning and Development.
8. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., human resources, or business administration) is required. A masters degree may be preferred. Extensive experience in HR management, HRIS, benefits, and staff supervision with a significant portion in a senior leadership role. SHRM certification preferred but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
