As a Customer Service Representative for Airline at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients in the real estate industry.

What you'll be doing: Handling inbound and outbound calls from real estate clients, providing assistance with inquiries, complaints, and requests Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on issues in a timely manner Developing a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the company's services to provide informed and effective support Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, representing the company's brand effectively What we're looking for: Atleast HS/SHS Graduate + Open for with 3 mos.
