Job Description We're Hiring: Marine Construction Estimator Bay Harbor Marine Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Construction Estimator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in marine construction and project estimation.

Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for marine construction projects including docks, seawalls, pilings, barges, and related infrastructureAnalyze specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimatesWork with vendors for material pricingWork with municipalities for permittingWork with engineersWork with Sales team to determine scope of workIdentify and quantify potential risks and value-engineering opportunities Requirements:Proven experience in marine construction estimating (minimum 3 years required)Strong understanding of marine construction methods, materials, and equipmentExcellent math, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork abilities Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience)Opportunity to work on exciting and diverse marine projectsSupportive team and leadership
