Job Title: Chief Digital Officer

Position Overview

The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is a visionary leader responsible for driving digital transformation across the organization. This executive will lead the development and execution of digital strategies that enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and create new business models. The CDO will lead the development and execution of the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Vision: The candidate will have a strong passion for digital product development and will be a champion for the platform and its projects, dedicated and focused on the long-term success of the team.

Digital Strategy & Innovation

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.

Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Lead digital product development and customer experience initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

Partner with C-suite executives to align digital initiatives with corporate strategy.

Build and lead a high-performing digital team, including data, UX, product, and technology experts.

Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Leads team in coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features in support of client needs as well as global and regional digital strategies, goals, and objectives to deliver successful digital products with high quality.

Technology & Data

Oversee the integration of digital platforms, tools, and systems across the enterprise.

Champion data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics capabilities.

Ensure robust cybersecurity and data privacy practices.

Customer Experience & Engagement

Enhance digital touchpoints to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Leverage digital channels to personalize and optimize customer journeys.

The candidate will have proven strong abilities to effectively communicate, upward to Sr. Leaders as well as with peers, clients, and vendors.

Performance & ROI

Define KPIs and measure the impact of digital initiatives on business performance.

Manage digital budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.

Support the sales team globally in response to digital / technology product solutions RFP’s/RFI’s.

Work with the sales teams to determine and set client expectations on potential technological solutions, pricing and development timelines.

The position will be requested at times to deliver ad-hoc projects or requests outside the above scope by the Chief Executive Officer.

Work closely with the client, product management and development teams in coordinating tasks and deliverables.

Required Work Experience

10+ years of experience in digital leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation.

Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.

Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (master’s preferred).

Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends (AI, cloud, IoT, etc.).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in change management and organizational transformation.

Required Languages

Strong command of the English language, both oral and written.

Other languages are also highly desirable.

Travel / Rotation Requirements

Remote position.

Working at other locations when required.
