UI/UX for conversion-rate optimization

Are you passionate about data-driven decisions, eager to dive into the world of digital experimentation, and looking to get real hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization, UI and UX? We are looking for a motivated intern to join our small, international office in Rotterdam!

What You'll Get

As a CRO intern, you’ll gain exposure to the exciting and fast-paced world of optimization, specifically focused on financial products. Working closely with our optimization efforts and take ownership in developing designs for our websites while receiving guidance and support. This is not just an observational internship—you’ll actively contribute to real changes, helping to improve the conversion rates and customer experience of various financial products. Here’s what you can expect:

Real CRO Projects : You’ll be responsible helping us get our experiments ideas running; turning experiment ideas into actual designs.

Learning and Growth : You’ll get to use industry-leading tools, learn best practices in CRO, and gain hands-on experience in experimentation.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a student who’s eager to learn, has a keen interest in digital marketing and optimization, and wants to make a real impact. We are a small international office, so you’ll also need to be comfortable communicating in English and German.

Requirements :

Enrolled as a student (preferably in marketing, business, psychology, design or a related field).

Available to work 4 days a week in our Rotterdam office, 1 day from home.

Comfortable speaking English and German in an international office

Analytical mindset and a passion for testing and data-driven decision making.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Note : This is a working student internship, not a thesis internship .
