Description

As a lead product designer specializing in Design Systems, you will start by using Design Thinking methodology to develop empathy for the product’s users. You will work closely with local and global teams to deliver high quality, end-to-end designs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Drive scalable projects by identifying commonalities between a variety of complex products and services

Manage and Enhance our design system to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms, create clear documentation for team use, and advocate for its adoption

Plan, strategize, and execute design tasks to align with our product deadlines

Synergize with multidisciplinary teams of product and content designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and legal

Share knowledge and educate the team and the organization about our design process and best practices

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to build a roadmap with consideration of both our user needs and business priorities

Leverage research findings and industry best practices to fine-tune product requirements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields

Experience in the application of design systems such as Google’s Material Design

5+ years of work experience in the design field

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience

Familiarity in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma

Familiarity with AI/LLM, both in integrating them into the working process and in designing features related to AI/LLM.

Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g., products, websites, mobile apps, etc.)

Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Technical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology

Familiarity with financial terminologies

Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
