A foundational high school diploma or GED, with added points for an associate degree or logistics certification.
Experience—a noteworthy 1–3 years in logistics or warehouse coordination that sets you apart.

Adeptness with shipping software, ERP systems, and especially Excel in Microsoft Office Suite.
