Position Summary:

We are seeking a Training Manager/Vehicle Operator Instructor in Camp Pendleton, CA who leads the ACV NET instructor team and ensures all training operations comply with contract performance standards. Functions as both supervisor and subject matter expert for vehicle operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise all ACV NET instructional personnel.

Develop, review, and manage training schedules.

Serve as senior instructor for vehicle operations, overseeing instruction and hands-on training.

Coordinate with government personnel to align training with mission needs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

10+ years of military vehicle operations or related training experience.

Leadership and team management experience.
