The Transportation Specialist earns a competitive wage of $17.00 per hour.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST:

As a Transportation Specialist, you will transport individuals to and from Day, Employment, and Supportive Living programs before, after, and during designated program hours specified by the programs. The transportation specialist will complete daily vehicle inspection form prior to operating vehicle to ensure safe conditions to drive and transport, report any vehicle operational concerns to the Logistic Manager and the Mechanic to ensure timely repair, and ensure vehicle is inspected monthly by the mechanic. After each route, you will have to complete documentation in Therap when necessary to report parental concerns, individual's behaviors, other incidents that requires documentation, and submit all daily and monthly documentation to Logistic Manager on Tuesday of each week, and all other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 18 years of age

High school diploma or GED from accredited education program

Ability to pass a background check upon hire

Valid driver's license

Basic computer skills

Customer service oriented

Must be able to lift up to 10lbs as needed to complete tasks

Travel to various activity sites
