Oracle GDI – Government, Defense and Intelligence has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager for our team of Sales Development Consultants in Austin, TX
This is a hybrid position with 4 days a week in the office, the candidate based in or near Austin TX.
The primary focus of the Sales Development Representative is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services for Oracle GDI through outbound prospecting (Tele sales). The manger’s responsibility is to develop and manage a high performance process to identify, cultivate, and progress opportunities that feed the pipeline for the Oracle GDI Sales Representatives. This position will be the daily bridge between the marketing and sales teams and play a critical role in the growth of Oracle GDI.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions.
Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations.
Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.
Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management.
Manages budget.
Provides support to marketing and sales programs.
What You Will Bring (Qualifications and Experience):
Minimum of 3 years as a Manager in a customer service / call center / sales environment
Experience qualifying prospects and customers and an understanding of the sales cycle process.
Must have experience selling technology software or hardware product in a fast paced environment.
Experience working with the Federal Government and an understanding of the processes is highly preferred.
University degree or equivalent experience.
Must be a US Citizen.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $73,100 to $117,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35.
