Position Details:

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $200,000 (evaluation for increase anticipated in January 2025)

Schedule Options:

7x70

4x10

3x13

Supervision Model: 1:3 or 1:4

Cases: Most cases except cardiac

Regional Anesthesia: Potential opportunities

Call Schedule: No call required

Additional Compensation:

Overtime: $200/hour (time and a half after 40 hours, based on block system)

Earning Potential: Unlimited, with plenty of open shifts available

Benefits:

Vacation & Sick Leave:

160 hours of vacation starting

56 hours (7 days) of sick leave

Continuing Education: 40 additional paid CE hours

Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays

Retirement Plan:

403(b) with a 6% mandatory contribution

8% match after two years (vested immediately)

Malpractice: Covered

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation:

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

Relocation Assistance: Available
