Outside Sales Representative – Permian Basin

The Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative for our Permian team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key accounts, and promoting the full portfolio of Keystone’s services—ranging from water supply and pipeline construction to tank rentals and field logistics. This is a client-facing role requiring strong sales acumen, technical understanding, and regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities in the Permian Basin
Serve as account executive for key customers in oil & gas operations
Prepare and present proposals, work plans, and cost estimates
Track industry trends and client needs to tailor solutions
Use CRM systems and smart tools to manage sales activity and reporting
Conduct field visits, attend customer meetings, and manage ongoing communication
Contribute to the business development team’s success by sharing insights and best practices
Maintain deep understanding of Keystone's services to effectively cross-sell offerings
Ensure compliance with all safety and risk management protocols
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or Technical field preferred)
3–5 years of sales or business development experience in oil & gas or industrial services
Demonstrated success in lead generation, closing deals, and managing key accounts
Knowledge of shale gas exploration and production operations (Permian preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and project coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
CRM experience and proposal development background preferred

Schedule:
Full-Time Based in Midland/Odessa 50% Office / 50% Field Travel
Overnight and extended travel as needed for client visits and regional coverage
