About the Opportunity

A highly respected roofing contractor in South Florida is hiring a Roofing Estimator / Project Manager who can own projects from bid through completion. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with commercial/flat roofing experience whos comfortable preparing detailed estimates and managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.

If youre sharp with numbers, confident in front of clients, and know your way around a roof, this is your opportunity to lead high-impact work with full project visibility.

What Youll Do

Estimating:

Conduct roof assessments and site visits

Prepare detailed estimates using The EDGE estimating software

Ensure compliance with South Florida building codes

Source competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors

Present estimates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

Project Management:

Attend pre-construction meetings

Prepare submittals, shop drawings, and purchase orders

Handoff completed job folder to field operations

Track actual costs vs. estimates and report on project profitability

Assist with closeout, inspections, and documentation

What You Bring

25+ years of commercial/flat roofing experience (required)

Familiarity with TPO and modified bitumen systems

Estimating experience using The EDGE or similar software

Willing and able to be on roofs and attend in-person meetings

Understanding of local building codes (South Florida preferred)

Able to work in-office MondayFriday in West Palm Beach

Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)

Whats Offered

Base salary: $80,000 $100,000 (based on experience)

Bonus eligible

Company vehicle provided

PTO: 1 week year one, 2 weeks after
