We are currently seeking Lead personnel. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and life insurance for full time employees.

Accountability Functions:

Follow established company policies and procedures

Set-up items to specification and perform first piece inspection.

Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to machine set-up reports (MSRs), work instructions, Microsoft Teams and PowerBI

Provide necessary components required daily and issue to assigned operators to meet production needs

Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned department

Record, review and address through action plan: backwinds, non-conforming packages, rework, and machine efficiency daily

Enter repair work orders accurately and immediately

Comply with production to schedule requirements daily

Ability to accurately scan inventory labels as required

Report issues/hazards/opportunities for improvement to direct supervisor

Required to report to and work other shifts as needed

Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience - preferred

Must be detail-oriented

Understanding of production and plant processes

Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Ability to work in a team

Ability to lift 25-30lbs

Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift

Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
