Your Role:

Conduct essential laboratory tests across a variety of areas, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, bacteriology, and more, to assist in diagnosing and treating patients.

Maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

Document and maintain comprehensive laboratory records, logs, and reports.

Supervise, train, and offer technical support to junior staff when applicable.

Ensure compliance with all laboratory standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

For MLTs: You must have West Virginia Clinical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Licensure and Certification, with an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant Program or relevant lab experience.

For MTs: A Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a related field is required, along with CLIA certification and a minimum of two years of experience in complex laboratory testing.

Both MLTs and MTs should have a deep understanding of diagnostic tests, a passion for patient care, and the ability to explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.
