What experiences will stand out on a resume for this position (Must haves VS Nice to have) Previous clean room experience. Previous bag sealer operations.

Are the workers able to start with the background pending and completed I-9, or should we wait until the Background is complete before starting I am ok with this approach

Will there be a possibility of an extension for this role or is this a temp- to -perm Extension, not likely. Temp to Perm for the right candidates that show the ability to become extrusion operators.

Is Overtime available, what is the schedule for this shift Yes to OT. 1st shift 6a-2:30p; 2nd shift 2p-10:30p; 3rd shift 10p-6:30a

What would the interview process look like (in-person or teams, will there be a 2nd interview) In person 1 interview

Does the worker need to come with PPE, or will it be provided if required Steel toe shoes are required. We provide everything else.

Is the facility a temperature-controlled environment Yes. Highly regulated ISO class 7 clean rooms

What are the shift differentials for each shift, if any No differential at this time.

Job Summary:

Operate extruder machines to produce products which conform to part print. Assure products meet all quality

specifications and are made according to the latest procedures and standards. Set up extrusion equipment to produce parts to specification.
