Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced door-to-door sales professionals with a proven track record in canvassing and appointment setting. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting leads through neighborhood outreach, engaging potential customers, and setting appointments for our solar consultants. This is a base pay plus commission role, offering unlimited earning potential for those with the hustle, drive, and winner’s mentality to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Tysons area to generate leads

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy

Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants

Maintain a professional and confident presence at the door

Track and report daily activity and leads in our CRM system

Attend training sessions and team meetings to refine sales techniques

Requirements:

MUST have prior door-to-door sales experience (solar preferred)

Located in the Tyson/Fairfax area

Strong work ethic, persistence, and self-motivation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals
