We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, prepping for appointments, managing our email, and managing our CRM so we stay top of mind with our clients. This role also involves working with the marketing team to promote our brand through print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. And most of all, we want someone with a great attitude. Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programsAbout Company
