Warehouse Supervisor

Phoenix, AZ Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We’re a leading Phoenix-based wholesaler and manufacturer of screen and shade products, and we’re hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to lead our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role overseeing warehouse department, inventory management, local customer deliveries, and shipping/receiving, while working alongside the warehouse team.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support warehouse associates in daily tasks

• Ensure accurate pulling and packing of customer orders

• Book and schedule customer shipping orders

• Oversee receiving, inventory control, and stock organization

• Operate forklifts and assist with freight loading/unloading

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

• Collaborate with office staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Train new team members and uphold performance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented leader

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to lift up to 85 lbs and work on your feet

• Forklift experience required

• Able to pass a basic math & tape measure test

• Spanish speaking a plus
