**Job Summary:**

The Social Worker will be responsible for providing counseling, support, and advocacy services to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role requires a commitment to helping clients navigate complex systems, access resources, and develop coping strategies to promote their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of social work principles, and a passion for community service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess clients’ needs through interviews, observations, and review of records.

- Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

- Provide counseling and support to clients experiencing emotional, social, or economic difficulties.

- Assist clients in accessing community resources, such as housing, healthcare, education, and employment services.

- Advocate for clients within social service systems and collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care.

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, services provided, and progress toward goals.

- Conduct outreach and education to raise awareness of social services available to the community.

- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance professional development and service delivery.

- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and agencies.

**Qualifications:**

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

- Interns in social work while in an accredited institution. We provide supervision.

- Knowledge of social work principles, practices, and legal regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

- Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technology.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
