We are currently seeking a QA Label Control Inspector for our Melville location.

Roles and Responsibilities

Inspect and review incoming labels.

Perform N+1 or AQL inspections on incoming printed material shipments from suppliers.

Create and maintain Master Label files.

Process printed material requests received from multiple departments i.e., Pick Tickets, Out Bound Delivery (OBD) notes.

Maintain accurate printed material inventory in SAP and Inventory Logbooks.

Provide support in the destruction of obsolete printed material.

Perform inventory adjustments when excess printed material is received back from the Production Department, as well as label rewinds.

Physical Requirements: Standing and walking short distances for most of the day.

Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience in a cGMP environment or other label control experience. High school diploma required. Read and write English. Must possess good computer skills
