Advantage Title & Escrow is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Technician to join our growing team. This role supports day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to system administration, security monitoring, and long-term infrastructure planning. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support and troubleshooting
Monitor systems for security issues including sign-in logs, quarantines, and network activity
Manage device updates, user provisioning, and Microsoft 365 administration
Perform regular audits to maintain security and remove unused accounts or devices
Assist with user training, documentation, and automation of routine IT processes
Support long-term IT projects including software transitions and lifecycle planning
Qualifications
Required:
Experience providing technical support in a Windows-based environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Basic understanding of networking concepts and security protocols
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, AzureAD (Entra), and Defender Online
Experience with Cisco Meraki for network monitoring
Interest in cybersecurity and IT automation
Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in IT support
