Job Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and incorporating them into an RFP to implement a new process. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable requirements.

- Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and systems.

- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

- Creating functional specifications and process maps.

- Collaborating with IT and development teams to document for the RFP.

- Performing data analysis to support decision-making.

- Monitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

- Familiarity with data visualization tools.?
