Job Description

To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

+ Answer console.

+ Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.

+ Assist all guests and associates.

+ Wake-up calls.

+ Place and follow up on Synergy orders

+ Process incoming and outgoing mail.

+ And any other pertinent task assigned by management

Tools and Equipment:

Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printer

file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine

Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role.

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills.

+ Must have strong computer skills required, specific experience with hospitality specific computer programs preferred

+ Ability to sit for majority of 8-10 hour shift
