We are seeking a dedicated Civil Project Manager to join our team in the Chesapeake area. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage civil construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations

Manage project budgets and financials

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members

Requirements:

Bachelorâ s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
