What We Provide:
20–30 live showing requests per month (not just internet leads)
One-on-one mentorship from active, top-producing agents
No desk fees, pass-through charges, or tech fluff
Full transaction coordination so you can focus on closing

Training that’s tactical, not theoretical
Your Role:
Work with motivated buyers and sellers in the New Jersey market
Manage and convert high-quality, company-supplied leads
Write offers, host showings, and negotiate with confidence
Use our systems to streamline your daily workflow
Collaborate with leadership to grow your production
Requirements:
Active NJ Real Estate License (or close to completion)
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Comfort with tech tools and mobile platforms
A go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
Full-time or part-time availability
Compensation:
$75,000–$300,000/year (commission-based)
