Position Description:
Baker Positions at Crumbl are for people looking for a career in the bakery business. Whether youre looking for a steady paycheck doing something you love, or seeking a step up into leadership roles, this is great either way. A majority of Full-Time shifts will be early morning and/or daytime, with a lot of focus on dough production and decorating while assisting customers. Part-Time shifts will be mostly evenings and Saturdays (we are closed Sundays). No previous baking experience is necessary, just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to details, and passion for perfection. We have formal training programs that provide specific hourly raises upon successful completion.
Minimum Job Requirements:
At least 18 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
Availability to work weekdays and at least two Saturdays per month (we're closed Sundays)
Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
No previous bakery experience necessary* This role includes TIP SHARING as part of the advertised hourly pay, with a MINIMUM tip per hour guaranteed to add to your base hourly rate of the actual tips in the store do not reach that amount. Tip sharing is also NOT "capped", so if the store collects more tips than the minimum, you will still be paid above the minimum according to policy.
