Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer for our client in the medical device industry. This is an opportunity to work with an innovative UX team driving improvements in quality systems and content management.
Location: Acton, MA

Lead content migration and documentation process in Polarion and Madcap IXIA
Create and manage documentation workflows, templates, and system configurations
Implement metadata, tagging, and taxonomy strategies for improved content discovery
Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and content teams across global sites
Ensure compliance with content standards and cross-functional stakeholder requirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
3+ years of technical writing or content management experience
Hands-on experience with Polarion and structured CCMS (DITA-based)
Strong project management and process development skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and related tools
Background in healthcare, life sciences, or diabetes product documentation preferred
