In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for fielding and identifying system issues that impact the production and efficiency of existing processes, and working to create new ways of operating that will streamline execution across a variety of departments.
Support Oracle and related systems by identifying and troubleshooting errors and issues, assisting in their resolution, and establishing permanent corrective actions.
Perform necessary duties as an Oracle super-user which may include setting-up new employees and maintaining new and existing employee role changes,
Creating SQL queries and custom reporting in support of business needs and assisting departments in use of Oracle and related processes.
Facilitate holistic business practices that focus on consistent On-Time Delivery to customers through optimal manufacturing practices and date management.
Create custom queries, extract data, and complete analysis to support investigative, corrective, and proactive improvement initiatives.
Leverage Intelligent Automation tools and resources in support of business analytics to streamline the flow of information to users.
Collaborate with various Emerson departments and functions internal and external to Mansfield to drive resolution of issues and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
Support the development of training content of both existing, updated, or new processes and systems and assist in the delivery of training to employees.
Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Manager to prioritize business needs and subsequent projects.
Participate in cross-functional work groups driving continual improvement initiatives.
Represent Mansfield in Enterprise and Division initiatives relating to system upgrades, process testing, and new system implementations.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, systems, or other related technical disciplines.
Understanding of MRP/ERP system functionality.
Experience with business system integration projects.
Working knowledge of SQL databases, query creation, data extraction, and data analysis methodology.
Experience presenting to small and large groups of varying levels of experience and understanding.
Ability to shift focus and reprioritize actions with minimal notice in support of business needs.
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
In-depth understanding of Oracle functionality.
Experience working with large, multi-layered IT and system support structures.
Minimum three years’ direct experience working with MRP/ERP systems in planning and scheduling function.
Experience working with both on-site and remote resources spanning across multiple time zones and geographic locations.
