MAIN PURPOSE
§ Support the implementation of model stocks across our internal boutiques in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia
§ Help create and update regular reporting and prepare ad-hoc analysis
§ Review and analysis of fulfilment rates
§ Build and maintain reporting’s for the local Management
§ Create performance presentations for the weekly retail meetings
§ Be part of Supply Chain project across Southeast Asia
§ Maintain Master data
§ Support the local Supply Chain team in the day-to-day business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Stock and Sales Reporting
§ Use SAP and Business Warehouse to create reportings
§ Create ad-hoc analysis for Management meetings
2. Implementation of day to day supply chain activities
§ Help to implement model stocks across all boutiques in SEAO
§ Review the fulfilment for bestsellers and help to identify stock rebalancing needs across the boutique network
§ Align the assortment with the Merchandising team

Requirements
1. Able to work in an international team set in a high past environment
2. Good communication and presentation skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
4. Structured and well organised working style
5. Experience with SAP and BW is a plus
6. Experience with Power BI and Looker is a plus
