SAP GRC Consultant

Our client, a Top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking a SAP GRC Consultant who will plays a pivotal role in guiding a company through the complexities of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, especially during the critical phase leading up to an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This role requires a blend of technical expertise in SAP systems, comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, and strategic leadership to ensure that the company's financial and operational controls are robust and effective.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· SAP Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP systems and GRC modules, with the ability to manage and configure them effectively.

· Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SOX regulations and their implementation in corporate environments.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risks, detect compliance issues, and develop practical solutions.

· Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple compliance initiatives and meeting critical deadlines.

· Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.

· Leadership: Ability to lead, influence, and support teams through compliance and regulatory transformations.

· Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to SOX regulations by implementing and maintaining effective internal controls over financial reporting.

· SAP Configuration Oversight: Supervise configuration changes in SAP that impact GRC processes, ensuring alignment with compliance needs.

· Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Audit Coordination: Work with internal and external auditors to support thorough and timely audits; address findings proactively.

· Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to promote understanding of compliance requirements across teams.

· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of compliance procedures and prepare reports for senior leadership and regulators.
