RN Supervisor Schedule
Monday - Friday, 11 am - 7 pm
Your Impact:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will oversee operations, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide nursing staff to guarantee high-quality care delivery.
Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Your Qualifications:
Valid state nursing license.
Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Preferred experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
An interest in addressing the nursing needs of elderly and chronically ill patients.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
