Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Collection Technician to join their team. As a Data Collection Technician, you will be part of the AR/VR Product Data Operations team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a self-motivated approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Onsite - Menlo Park/Burlingame, CA
Pay Range: $25/hour
What's the Job?
Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants and collecting data while ensuring confidentiality.
Compose consistent reports, identifying trends and issues throughout data collections.
Drive project success by providing continuous feedback to collection teams.
Recruit internal participants through various recruitment practices.
Assist in developing and managing program data evaluations and tools for data analysis.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics).
Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
Excellent people, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel).
