Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for direct communication with customers and internal departments to support complex end-to-end customer order management. This role offers opportunities to grow into a Senior Customer Service Specialist as you develop your knowledge and leadership skills.

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Customer Service Team based in Abu Dhabi. It is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage complex customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction across the GCC region.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to peers.

Collaborate and communicate with sales, distribution, and manufacturing teams to support complex customer requirements and situations.

Essential requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Customer service experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

Knowledge of incoterms and export compliance.

Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

Professional diploma/degree or equivalent experience.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

French language proficiency.
