Key Responsibilities:

Create 2D and 3D technical drawings and blueprints for construction, structural, and material layout projects.

Interpret and revise architectural and engineering plans based on project requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.

Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software to produce detailed schematics and shop drawings.

Modify existing drawings based on client specifications, material constraints, and field conditions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices.

Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project details.

Support estimating and project teams by providing material take-offs and technical details. Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Drafter in the construction, engineering, or building materials industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar drafting software.

Strong understanding of construction methods, structural design, and material applications.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of concrete formwork, rebar detailing, or structural steel is a plus. Why Join Us?
