10+ Years Experience in Project Management/Manufacturing

Track history of senior leadership involving organization build-out and management

Six-Sigma and PMP Training a Valuable Asset

Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field

Excellent communicator both verbally and written

Highly detail and schedule oriented

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure

Expand upon the Project Management Vision and lead the Project Management team.

Lead and foster alignment amongst Project Management, Sales, Production, and Service.

Ownership of all revenue streams reporting weekly to senior leadership

Support the team in attaining needed resources and adjustments needed to meet client expectations.

Lead the review of processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.

Provide guidance and approval on developing standards and procedures related to project matters.

Research strategies to further improve the customer experience.

Implementing customer satisfaction strategies to improve the quality of our solutions.
