The Solutions Team is a leading provider of IT managed services headquartered in Flowood, MS. We are excited to invite applications for the full-time position of Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will take an entrepreneurial approach to manage your own book of business and drive new revenues by securing new accounts while effectively planning and organizing your daily schedule. You will be responsible for initiating and completing customer contacts through various channels, including phone, email, face-to-face interactions, and participation in company events. It will also be your responsibility to uncover opportunities, create, and deliver proposals that will help fill the sales pipeline to meet our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand your role in achieving both personal and company goals; be self-motivated while also seeking guidance when necessary.
Identify training needs and provide constructive feedback to leadership.
Actively participate in conferences, trade shows, presentations, and events.
Make regular prospect/customer outreach (calls, emails, meetings) to achieve sales objectives.
Create and present proposals to meet sales goals.
Achieve 1.5x your monthly new growth revenue target with a 75% closing probability within the current month pipeline.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline to maximize future success.
Meet or exceed average monthly sales goals.
Complete necessary documentation at the sale's close and assist in customer onboarding.
Learn and utilize the CRM tool effectively for tracking and documentation.
Document all activities in the CRM system.

Pay Range (Depending on Experience): $90,000 - $180,000 per year.
Additional Compensation: Sales Commission Potential $100,000+
