Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the health or service sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, expanding client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the facility's market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate clients, HMOs, insurance companies, and healthcare partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns that promote the facility’s services.
Develop proposals and presentations to attract potential partners and clients.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high standards of service delivery to retain and grow accounts.
Prepare and present regular reports on performance, revenue, and strategic initiatives to management.
Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies aligned with the facility’s goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Experience in the healthcare sector or working with health maintenance organizations (HMOs) is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business targets and deliver results under minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
