Responsibilities:
Utilize a Identify and establish client relationships in addition to meeting with client administration for
project support and presentations.
Work with third-party vendors.
Responsible for coordinating, distributing, and managing the client’s district-wide technical support.
Responsible for the maintenance of all client network infrastructure hardware, as well as all end-user computer systems, as needed.
Analyze system malfunctions or technical problems and direct the appropriate resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate operations, information, and activities with other IT staff.
Responsible for the coordination of all network and end-user instructional and administrative software and online systems.
Responsible for ensuring robust back-up and disaster recovery solutions for the client’s core district data and technology.
Supervision, evaluation, and hiring of IT staff.
Assist clients in the planning, procuring, future development, and advancement of their network infrastructure, end-user hardware, software, and online systems.
Assist clients with their technology budget, which supports the client’s instructional, administrative, and operational goals.
Assist clients with preparing and submitting annual state and federal reporting requirements.
Traveling to work at other districts is required for training and/or troubleshooting purposes.
Ability to be on call nights/weekends to handle emergencies.
Assists the superintendent in supervising and evaluating the senior site administrators, network administrators, data specialist, and instructional technology staff.
