Information Technology Audit Manager

A healthcare company in the Nashville area is looking to add an IT Auditor Manager to their Audit Department. The IT Audit Manager will oversee Staff and Senior Auditors in thoroughly assessing the processes and controls that support the IT infrastructure. Emphasizing teamwork, the role focuses on developing valuable recommendations and process improvements while evaluating the control environment of the organizations information systems. This position will be hybrid onsite in Nashville, but does require up to 25% travel to these different locations (will be expensed).

Coordinates activities and scheduling with other members of the IT Audit Management Team

Counsels and mentors Staff and Senior Auditors

Develop/review the audit risk assessments, budgets, and audit programs

Identify audit opportunities, establishes audit objectives, develops reports for Audit Director/AVP, conducts closing conferences, and discusses recommendations with management

Evaluates Staff and Senior Auditors and helps facilitate an environment of growth and success for those on the team

Continually increases knowledge in the areas of IT, auditing, accounting, business, healthcare, and Company services utilizing self-study and/or continuing education
